Terms and Conditions

These Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to shipping offers made available by Ahhsemble Pty Ltd trading as GOTSENT (ABN 73 691 272 303) (referred to as GOTSENT, we, us, our).

By placing an order on the GOTSENT website that qualifies for free standard shipping, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Application and relationship to other terms

1.1 These Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions apply in addition to GOTSENT’s Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Official Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions, and GOODSEND VIP Circle Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1.2 If there is any inconsistency between these terms and other GOTSENT policies, these terms prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency in relation to the free standard shipping promotion.

1.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Promotional nature and scope of free shipping

2.1 Free standard shipping is a promotional offer made available by GOTSENT from time to time and is not guaranteed to be available permanently.

2.2 Free standard shipping may be offered during the Official Launch Promotion and may continue beyond the Official Launch Promotion period, subject to GOTSENT’s discretion.

2.3 The availability of free standard shipping, and whether it may be combined or stacked with other promotions, discounts, or offers (including VIP discounts), is promotion-specific and determined by GOTSENT at its discretion.

2.4 In future promotions or campaigns, free standard shipping may apply on a standalone basis, may be excluded entirely, or may not be eligible to be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.5 Nothing in these terms creates an ongoing entitlement to free standard shipping or to the stacking of free standard shipping with other promotions.

3. Eligibility and qualifying order value

3.1 Complimentary standard shipping is available on all eligible Australian orders.

3.2 The Final Checkout Total is calculated after all promotional pricing, discounts, VIP benefits, store credits, gift cards, and other adjustments have been applied and includes GST.

3.3 Where a free shipping threshold is specified for a particular promotion, the threshold applies per order and not per individual product or item.

4. Scope and exclusions

4.1 Free standard shipping applies to standard delivery services within Australia only.

4.2 Express shipping, priority services, same day delivery, international shipping, or other premium delivery options are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise on the GOTSENT website.

4.3 Free standard shipping may be excluded from specific products, collections, oversized items, limited releases, or specific promotions at GOTSENT’s discretion.

4.4 Additional fees, including remote area surcharges, oversized item fees, special handling fees, or carrier surcharges, may not be included in the free shipping offer where such fees are disclosed at checkout.

5. Delivery timeframes and carrier performance

5.1 Delivery timeframes provided by GOTSENT are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond GOTSENT’s reasonable control, including carrier capacity, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, system outages, or supply chain disruptions.

5.3 GOTSENT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.

6. Changes, suspension and withdrawal

6.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to amend the free shipping threshold, eligibility criteria, stackability with other promotions, eligible delivery services, or conditions of the free standard shipping offer at any time.

6.2 GOTSENT may suspend or withdraw the free standard shipping offer in whole or in part without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

6.3 Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed prior to the change.

7. Misuse and abuse

7.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse or abuse of the free shipping offer, including order manipulation intended to qualify for free shipping.

7.2 Where misuse or abuse is identified, GOTSENT may cancel orders, revoke free shipping eligibility, or take other reasonable action.

8. Force majeure

8.1 GOTSENT is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing free standard shipping where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, labour disputes, cyber incidents, system outages, or supply shortages.
