Terms and Conditions
These Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to shipping offers made available by Ahhsemble Pty Ltd trading as GOTSENT (ABN 73 691 272 303) (referred to as GOTSENT, we, us, our).
By placing an order on the GOTSENT website that qualifies for this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Application and relationship to other terms
1.1 These Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions apply in addition to GOTSENT’s Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Official Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions, and GOODSEND VIP Circle Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1.2 If there is any inconsistency between these terms and any other GOTSENT policy or promotion, these terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency in relation to the Free Standard Shipping Promotion.
1.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Promotional nature and scope
2.1 Free standard shipping is a promotional offer made available by GOTSENT from time to time and is not guaranteed to be available permanently.
2.2 This promotion applies to eligible Australian orders with a Final Checkout Total of over AUD $99.
2.3 The Final Checkout Total is calculated after all promotional pricing, discounts, VIP benefits, store credits, gift cards, and other adjustments have been applied, and includes GST.
2.4 The free standard shipping threshold applies per order and not per individual product or item.
2.5 Nothing in these terms creates an ongoing entitlement to free standard shipping, and GOTSENT may amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Complimentary standard shipping is available Australia wide on eligible orders with a Final Checkout Total of over AUD $99.
3.2 Orders with a Final Checkout Total of AUD $99 or less are not eligible for this promotion.
3.3 This promotion applies to standard shipping services within Australia only and does not apply to international orders.
4. Exclusions
4.1 This promotion applies to standard shipping services only.
4.2 Express shipping, same day delivery, local courier delivery, special event delivery services including Mother’s Day delivery, international shipping, and any other premium fulfilment or delivery options are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise on the GOTSENT website.
4.3 This promotion may be excluded from selected products, collections, oversized items, limited releases, preorder items, or specific campaigns at GOTSENT’s discretion.
4.4 Additional charges, including remote area surcharges, oversized item fees, special handling fees, or carrier surcharges, are not included in this promotion where such charges are disclosed at checkout.
5. Promotional combinations and campaign specific offers
5.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, this promotion may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers at GOTSENT’s discretion.
5.2 Whether free standard shipping may be combined with another offer, discount, benefit, or campaign is promotion specific and determined by GOTSENT at its discretion.
5.3 In future promotions or campaigns, free standard shipping may apply on a standalone basis, may be excluded entirely, or may not be eligible to be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Delivery and carrier performance
6.1 Shipping and delivery timeframes provided by GOTSENT are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.2 Timeframes may be affected by factors beyond GOTSENT’s reasonable control, including carrier capacity, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, system outages, or supply chain disruptions.
6.3 GOTSENT is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
7. Changes, suspension and withdrawal
7.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to amend the free standard shipping threshold, eligibility criteria, stackability with other promotions, eligible shipping services, or conditions of this promotion at any time.
7.2 GOTSENT may suspend or withdraw this promotion in whole or in part without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
7.3 Any change, suspension, or withdrawal will not affect orders already accepted and processed prior to the relevant change.
8. Misuse and abuse
8.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse or abuse of this promotion, including order manipulation intended to qualify for free standard shipping.
8.2 Where misuse or abuse is identified, GOTSENT may cancel orders, revoke eligibility, or take any other reasonable action.
9. Force majeure
9.1 GOTSENT is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing this promotion where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
9.2 Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, labour disputes, cyber incidents, system outages, or supply shortages.
10. Governing law
10.1 These Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10.2 The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.
