All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We will always show you the best delivery options available at checkout so you can choose what works for your moment, your timeline, and your peace of mind.

Australia Wide Delivery

We deliver across Australia using Australia Post and selected third party courier partners.

Depending on your location, you may see options such as standard delivery or express delivery at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown before you complete your purchase so you know what to expect.

Some regional, remote, or extended areas may take a little longer to reach. We promise it is not personal. Sometimes geography just likes to keep things interesting.

Melbourne Same Day Delivery

Yes, we offer same-day delivery.
And yes, we know it can feel a little magical.

Melbourne Weekday Same-Day Delivery (Monday to Friday)

Weekday same-day delivery is available with a single cut-off:


  • Orders placed before 4:00pm AEST qualify for same-day delivery at $15.

  • Orders placed after 4:00pm AEST are no longer eligible for same-day delivery and orders will automatically be scheduled to next available delivery date.

For business or commercial addresses, same-day delivery is strictly available only for orders placed before 12:00pm AEST. If you are unsure, please contact us at 1300 131 163 to discuss your options. 
Orders placed after this time are not eligible for same-day delivery to business addresses.

Melbourne Saturday Same-Day Delivery

Saturday same-day delivery is available with a single cut-off:

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm AEST Saturday qualify for same-day delivery at $20.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm AEST Saturday are no longer eligible for same-day delivery and orders will automatically be scheduled to next available delivery date.

Important Things to Know

Same-day delivery is subject to courier availability and daily capacity. While we list eligible postcodes below, courier serviceability may vary depending on the exact address, traffic conditions, road access, or courier constraints.

If a same-day delivery cannot be fulfilled after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best alternative.
We do not disappear. We communicate.

Same-day delivery is not available for PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

If your postcode is not listed and you are hoping to make same day delivery work, do not panic just yet.

In some cases, we may be able to arrange delivery via an alternative courier at a custom delivery fee.

Business Address Deliveries

Delivering to an office, shop, venue, or commercial address is absolutely fine.

If your order is being delivered to a business address, please select the Business Address Delivery checkbox in your cart.

For same day delivery to business addresses, orders must be placed strictly before 12:00 PM AEST.

Please also provide business opening hours and any delivery notes in the text box provided at cart. This helps our couriers get in and out smoothly and helps your gift arrive on time.

If a business is closed, has restricted access, or missing delivery information, same day delivery may not be successful.

Selection of same day delivery does not guarantee fulfilment until the courier booking is confirmed.

Authority to Leave

If you select Authority to Leave, your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address as determined by the courier.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, delivery is considered complete. GOTSENT is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

We strongly recommend keeping an eye on tracking notifications and contacting the courier directly if you receive delivery updates.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery options, timeframes, and fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery times vary by country and customs clearance may cause delays. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international order cannot be delivered due to customs restrictions or local regulations, refunds may not be available, particularly for personalised items.
