This Shipping Policy forms part of the GOTSENT Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
Processing times refer to the preparation of an order prior to dispatch and do not include delivery time.
Personalised products require additional handling time. Processing time varies depending on the option selected at checkout.
Standard processing is generally completed within 1 to 3 business days.
Express processing is generally completed within 1 to 2 business days.
Same day processing may be available for eligible Melbourne orders placed before the applicable cut off time where this option is shown at checkout.
Ready to Gift and other non personalised products are typically prepared for dispatch on the same business day when ordered before the applicable cut off time.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to operational requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. GOTSENT is not responsible for delivery delays, losses or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Dispatch Times
Ready to Gift and non personalised items
Orders placed before 4:00pm Melbourne time on a business day are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut off time, on weekends, or on public holidays are typically dispatched on the next business day.
Personalised items
Personalised items are dispatched according to the processing option selected at checkout.
Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, order verification, carrier pickup schedules, peak periods, public holidays or operational requirements.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Australia
Standard delivery times within Australia generally range between 1 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on destination and carrier network conditions.
Delivery timeframes may vary by location.
Metro areas generally take approximately 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Regional areas generally take approximately 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or extended regions may take approximately 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery services are provided via Australia Post or third party courier partners and are subject to carrier network conditions.
International
Standard international delivery times generally range between 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance processes and local courier performance.
Remote or extended international regions may experience longer delivery times.
Delivery timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays, customs clearance delays and events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Availability
We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations. Shipping options, availability and fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order size and carrier availability.
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia or surrounding fulfilment locations.
Same Day Delivery (Melbourne Only)
Same day delivery is available for selected Melbourne postcodes only and must be selected at checkout.
Eligibility is postcode based and subject to daily courier capacity.
Orders must be placed before the stated cut off times to qualify. Same day delivery is not available on Sundays, for PO Boxes, or for parcel lockers.
Same day delivery pricing and cut off times apply to residential addresses only.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Melbourne time Monday to Friday qualify for same day delivery at $15.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM Melbourne time are not eligible for same day delivery.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Melbourne time on Saturday qualify for same day delivery at $20.

Business address deliveries
Customers delivering to a business or commercial address must clearly indicate this at checkout. Same day delivery to business addresses is subject to business operating hours and courier access restrictions.
GOTSENT is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts arising from business closures, restricted access, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or failure to notify us that the delivery address is a business location.
Where a same day delivery cannot be completed due to these circumstances, the delivery fee is non refundable.
For deliveries to business or commercial addresses, same day delivery is available only for orders placed before 12:00 PM Melbourne time. Orders placed after this time are not eligible for same day delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non refundable once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Free standard shipping may be offered within Australia, excluding remote or extended delivery zones. Express and same day delivery incur additional fees as displayed at checkout.
International shipping fees vary by destination and carrier.
Authority to Leave
If Authority to Leave is selected by the customer or applied by the courier, delivery is completed at the customer’s risk.
GOTSENT is not responsible for loss, theft or damage once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery notifications and liaising directly with the courier once tracking details are provided.
Customs, Duties and International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees and charges imposed by the destination country.
GOTSENT is not responsible for delays, refusals, returns or non delivery caused by customs processing, import restrictions or local regulations.
If an international order cannot be delivered due to customs or regulatory restrictions, no refunds will be issued, particularly for personalised items. Any exception is strictly at management discretion.
Delays Outside Our Control
GOTSENT is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including courier or postal service disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance processes, public holidays or peak seasonal periods.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery performance is the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, customers must contact the carrier directly using the tracking details provided.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, reshipping fees will apply. Personalised items are not eligible for refund.
GOTSENT will provide reasonable assistance where possible but is not responsible for carrier delays, loss or delivery failures once an order has been dispatched.
