These Welcome Offer – $10 Off First Order Terms and Conditions apply to the $10 discount promotion made available by Ahhsemble Pty Ltd trading as GOTSENT (ABN 73 691 272 303) (referred to as GOTSENT, we, us, our).

By signing up to receive marketing communications and placing an order using the welcome offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Application and relationship to other terms
    1.1 These Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions apply in addition to GOTSENT’s Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Official Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions, Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions, and GOODSEND VIP Circle Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1.2 If there is any inconsistency between these terms and other GOTSENT policies, these terms prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency in relation to the welcome offer.

1.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Promotional nature and scope of the welcome offer
    2.1 The $10 welcome offer is a promotional discount made available by GOTSENT to new subscribers and is not guaranteed to be available permanently.

2.2 The welcome offer may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn at any time at GOTSENT’s discretion.

2.3 The availability of the welcome offer, including its eligibility criteria and whether it may be combined or stacked with other promotions, discounts, or benefits, is determined by GOTSENT at its discretion.

2.4 Nothing in these terms creates an ongoing entitlement to receive or redeem the welcome offer.

  1. Eligibility and qualifying order requirements
    3.1 The welcome offer is available to new customers who subscribe to GOTSENT marketing communications.

3.2 The welcome offer is valid on all first orders. 

3.3 The offer applies to the Final Checkout Total after all applicable discounts, promotional pricing, VIP benefits, store credits, and other adjustments have been applied and includes GST.

3.4 The welcome offer is limited to one use per customer.

3.5 The email address used at checkout must match the email address used to subscribe in order to redeem the welcome offer.

  1. Use and redemption of the welcome offer
    4.1 The welcome offer must be applied at checkout using the valid discount code provided to the customer.

4.2 The welcome offer is valid for the customer’s first order only and cannot be applied to subsequent purchases.

4.3 The welcome offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value.

  1. Stacking and interaction with other promotions
    5.1 The welcome offer may be used in conjunction with GOODSEND VIP Circle benefits, including the automatic 5% VIP discount.

5.2 The welcome offer may be used alongside applicable promotions such as free standard shipping, where such promotions are available.

5.3 The welcome offer cannot be used in conjunction with the GOODSEND VIP Circle 15% second order discount.

5.4 The availability and stackability of the welcome offer with other promotions may vary depending on the promotion and is determined by GOTSENT at its discretion.

  1. Scope and exclusions
    6.1 The welcome offer may be excluded from specific products, collections, limited releases, or promotional items at GOTSENT’s discretion.

6.2 The welcome offer applies per order and not per individual product or item.

  1. Changes, suspension and withdrawal
    7.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria, minimum spend requirement, discount value, stackability with other promotions, or any other conditions of the welcome offer at any time.

7.2 GOTSENT may suspend or withdraw the welcome offer in whole or in part without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

7.3 Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed prior to the change.

  1. Misuse and abuse
    8.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse or abuse of the welcome offer, including multiple account creation, manipulation of eligibility criteria, or attempts to circumvent one-time use restrictions.

8.2 Where misuse or abuse is identified, GOTSENT may cancel orders, revoke eligibility, or take other reasonable action.

  1. Force majeure
    9.1 GOTSENT is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the welcome offer where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, system outages, cyber incidents, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Governing law
    10.1 These Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

10.2 The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.
