Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

The GOTSENT Mother’s Day Promotion is available for a limited time only and applies to orders placed on the GOTSENT website during the promotional period.

For a limited time, all orders may receive a complimentary Mother’s Day bouquet, bouquet alternative or flower upgrade, subject to these Terms and Conditions, stock availability, delivery eligibility and GOTSENT’s discretion.

No minimum spend is required.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion runs until 2:00 pm AEST on 10 May, or until sold out, unless extended, changed or ended earlier at GOTSENT’s discretion.

Fresh flower availability is limited and subject to seasonal supply, delivery capacity and fulfilment availability.

Orders placed after the fresh flower allocation has sold out may still be eligible for a complimentary plush rose bouquet or another suitable promotional gift, subject to availability and GOTSENT’s discretion.

3. Eligible Orders

To qualify, an order must:

Be placed on the GOTSENT website during the promotional period.
Be successfully paid and accepted by GOTSENT.
Not be cancelled, refunded or identified as fraudulent, invalid or ineligible.
Meet the relevant delivery requirements for the promotional gift type.

No minimum order value applies during this promotion.

This promotion applies sitewide, unless a product, collection, service or order type is expressly excluded.

4. Complimentary Bouquet Offer

During the promotional period, all orders may receive a complimentary Mother’s Day bouquet, bouquet alternative or flower upgrade, subject to availability.

For eligible Melbourne delivery orders, the complimentary bouquet may be a fresh Mother’s Day bouquet.

For Australia wide orders, or orders that are not eligible for fresh flower delivery, the complimentary bouquet will be a plush rose bouquet or another suitable non-fresh flower promotional gift.

For fresh flower orders, the promotional benefit may be provided as a complimentary flower size upgrade instead of an additional bouquet.

Complimentary bouquets, bouquet alternatives and upgrades are available while stocks last.

5. Fresh Flower Eligibility

Fresh flowers are available for eligible Melbourne delivery areas only and cannot be shipped Australia wide.

Fresh flower delivery is only available to eligible Melbourne postcodes and during the Mother’s Day delivery window confirmed by GOTSENT.

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery postcode is eligible before placing an order that includes fresh flowers or qualifies for a fresh flower promotional gift.

If an order does not meet the fresh flower delivery requirements, GOTSENT may replace the fresh flower bouquet with a plush rose bouquet or another suitable promotional gift at its discretion.

6. If Fresh Flowers Sell Out

Fresh flowers are limited and subject to seasonal and market availability.

If fresh flowers are sold out, unavailable, affected by supply issues, or cannot be delivered to the recipient’s address, GOTSENT may automatically replace the fresh flower bouquet with a plush rose bouquet or another suitable promotional gift.

Where reasonable, GOTSENT will endeavour to contact the customer or recipient regarding a substitution. However, due to the time-sensitive nature of Mother’s Day delivery, GOTSENT may proceed with a suitable replacement without prior confirmation if contact cannot be made in time.

Substitutions are not eligible for a monetary refund, credit or cash alternative, unless required by law.

7. Alternative Promotional Gifts

Where a fresh bouquet, plush rose bouquet or other promotional gift is unavailable, unsuitable or sold out, GOTSENT may replace the promotional gift with another item of similar nature or value at management’s discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to, another bouquet alternative, gift item, merchandise item, keepsake or promotional add-on.

The promotional gift is complimentary and has no redeemable cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, a discount or another item by customer request, unless required by law.

8. Customers Purchasing Fresh Flowers

Customers who purchase a fresh flower product may receive a complimentary flower size upgrade, subject to availability.

For clarity, a flower size upgrade refers only to the fresh flower component of the order. It does not include an upgrade to any vase, crate, box, packaging, engraving, personalisation, merchandise item, delivery service, product size, product variant or other non-floral component.

For example, where a fresh flower bouquet is eligible for an upgrade, GOTSENT may increase the size, fullness or floral value of the bouquet. This does not mean a Petite vase becomes a Signature vase, a Small crate becomes a Medium crate, or any non-flower product is upgraded.

Flower size upgrades are subject to seasonal flower availability and may vary depending on the arrangement, product type and market supply.

9. Order Value

No minimum spend is required for this promotion.

Shipping fees, delivery fees, gift cards, service charges and any other charges may still apply where relevant.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, amended or deemed ineligible, the promotional gift, bouquet, bouquet alternative or flower upgrade may no longer apply.

10. Discount Stacking

This promotion may be used with other offers only where GOTSENT’s checkout, website or promotional materials expressly allow it.

GOTSENT may exclude, limit or adjust promotional eligibility where multiple discounts, gift offers or promotional benefits are applied to the same order.

Where multiple promotions are available, GOTSENT reserves the right to determine the final promotional benefit applied to an order.

11. Delivery

Delivery fees are not included as part of the promotional gift.

A special Mother’s Day Melbourne delivery fee may apply to eligible Melbourne delivery orders during the Mother’s Day period.

Fresh flower items and fresh flower promotional gifts cannot be shipped Australia wide. Australia wide orders that qualify for the promotion will receive a plush rose bouquet or another suitable non-fresh flower promotional gift, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, postcode, phone number and any delivery instructions.

GOTSENT is not responsible for failed, delayed or missed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, restricted access, unsafe delivery locations, courier delays, weather events or circumstances outside GOTSENT’s reasonable control.

12. Fresh Flower Variations

Fresh flowers are natural, seasonal and perishable. Colours, varieties, stem count, size, shape, foliage, fruit accents, wrapping, styling and arrangement may vary from images shown on the website.

Images are for reference only. Each arrangement is made based on seasonal availability and GOTSENT’s design discretion.

GOTSENT may substitute flowers, foliage, colours, fruit accents, packaging or styling elements where required due to availability, quality, delivery conditions or operational reasons.

13. Promotional Gift Allocation

Complimentary promotional gifts are allocated while promotional stock lasts.

Adding items to cart does not reserve promotional stock. Promotional eligibility is confirmed only once an order is successfully placed and accepted.

If a complimentary bouquet or promotional gift appears in the cart, it may be shown as a reference only. GOTSENT will determine the final complimentary gift, bouquet alternative or upgrade based on order type, delivery eligibility, stock availability and fulfilment requirements.

GOTSENT may use order time, payment time, fulfilment status, delivery eligibility and internal records to determine promotional gift allocation.

14. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

If an order is cancelled, fully refunded or deemed ineligible, any complimentary promotional gift, bouquet, upgrade or promotional benefit may be cancelled or withdrawn.

Complimentary promotional gifts, plush rose bouquets, fresh bouquet upgrades and substitutions are not redeemable for cash, store credit or a separate refund, unless required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

15. Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

Personalised, engraved, customised, made-to-order and fresh flower items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production, preparation, engraving, flower sourcing or fulfilment has commenced.

This does not affect any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

16. Management Discretion

GOTSENT reserves the right to make reasonable decisions regarding promotional eligibility, substitutions, fresh flower replacements, bouquet upgrades, allocation of complimentary gifts and suitable alternatives.

GOTSENT may amend, suspend or end the promotion at any time where necessary due to stock limits, supply issues, operational constraints, delivery limitations, system errors, suspected misuse or circumstances outside GOTSENT’s reasonable control.

17. Errors and Misuse

GOTSENT reserves the right to cancel, amend or refuse any promotional benefit where there is a website error, pricing error, discount error, system issue, suspected fraud, misuse, abuse of the promotion or behaviour that does not align with the intended use of the promotion.

19. Force Majeure

GOTSENT will not be liable for any delay, failure, substitution, non-availability or change to an order, fresh flower item, complimentary bouquet, promotional gift, delivery timing or fulfilment outcome where this is caused by circumstances outside GOTSENT’s reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather, heat, storms, heavy rain, flooding, fire, natural disasters, traffic conditions, road closures, transport delays, courier or delivery partner delays, supplier shortages, flower market shortages, poor flower quality or unavailability, seasonal variation, public events, strikes, labour shortages, illness, accidents, emergency situations, system outages, technical issues, government restrictions, acts or omissions of third parties, or any other unforeseen event beyond GOTSENT’s reasonable control.

Where a force majeure event affects an order, GOTSENT may make reasonable adjustments to fulfil the order where possible. This may include substituting flowers, foliage, fruit, packaging, styling elements, promotional gifts or other items, replacing a fresh bouquet with a plush rose bouquet or another suitable item, adjusting the arrangement, changing the delivery timing, rescheduling delivery where possible, or cancelling the affected part of the order if fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Due to the perishable, seasonal and time-sensitive nature of fresh flowers and Mother’s Day deliveries, GOTSENT may proceed with a suitable substitution or fulfilment adjustment without prior approval if we are unable to contact the customer or recipient in time.

Nothing in this clause excludes, limits or modifies any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

20. Seasonal and Perishable Product Availability

Fresh flowers, fresh produce and floral arrangements are natural, seasonal and perishable. Colours, varieties, stem count, size, shape, bloom stage, foliage, fruit accents, wrapping, styling and arrangement may vary from product images or promotional material.

GOTSENT may substitute any flower, foliage, fruit, produce, wrapping, packaging, styling element or fresh component with another item of similar style, purpose or value where the original item is unavailable, unsuitable, affected by market supply, affected by weather, or does not meet GOTSENT’s quality standards on the day of fulfilment.

21. Delivery Events Outside Our Control

Delivery dates and times are estimates only. Mother’s Day delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, courier availability, delivery volume, road closures, access restrictions, public events, recipient availability, incorrect delivery details, building access limitations or other circumstances outside GOTSENT’s reasonable control.

GOTSENT is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts or delivery timing changes caused by these circumstances. Where possible, GOTSENT will take reasonable steps to complete delivery or make suitable fulfilment adjustments.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

By participating in this promotion or placing an order with GOTSENT, customers agree that any dispute, claim or matter arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the promotion, the order or the supply of goods or services will be dealt with in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

The courts and tribunals of Victoria, Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights or protections available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, customers may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. Customers may also be entitled to a replacement, refund, repair or compensation where required by law.
