Terms and Conditions
These Official Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to promotional pricing and offers made available by Ahhsemble Pty Ltd trading as GOTSENT (ABN 73 691 272 303) (referred to as GOTSENT, we, us, our).
By accessing the GOTSENT website, participating in the Official Launch Promotion, or placing an order during the promotion period, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Promotion Period: The Official Launch Promotion commences at 6:00pm (AEST) on 4 February 2026 and ends at 6:00pm (AEST) on 6 February 2026. This is a limited three-day promotion only, unless amended or withdrawn earlier by GOTSENT in accordance with these terms.
1. Application and relationship to other terms
1.1 These Official Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions apply in addition to GOTSENT’s Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and GOODSEND VIP Circle Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1.2 If there is any inconsistency between these terms and other GOTSENT policies, these terms prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency in relation to the Official Launch Promotion.
1.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Promotion period
2.1 The Official Launch Promotion is a time-limited promotion and is available only during the Promotion Period specified above.
2.2 The Official Launch Promotion will automatically end at the conclusion of the Promotion Period and will not continue beyond this time unless expressly stated by GOTSENT.
2.3 GOTSENT may amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
2.4 Changes to the promotion period do not affect orders already accepted by GOTSENT prior to the change.
3. Promotional pricing and scope
3.1 Promotional pricing applies only to selected products and selected variants as displayed on the GOTSENT website during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Not all products, collections, variants, colours, sizes, or configurations are included in the Official Launch Promotion.
3.3 Promotional pricing may differ between variants of the same product.
3.4 The price displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout is the final promotional price applicable to that item at the time of purchase.
3.5 Promotional prices are available while stocks last and are subject to product availability.
4. Pricing, GST and checkout
4.1 All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
4.3 The checkout price prevails over any promotional messaging, advertising material, or marketing communications, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
4.4 GOTSENT reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or system errors. Where an error occurs, GOTSENT may cancel or refuse orders affected by the error and refund any amounts paid.
5. Further reductions and VIP participation
5.1 Customers may be eligible for a further reduction by joining the GOODSEND VIP Circle, subject to the GOODSEND VIP Circle Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Any further reduction is applied at checkout once VIP eligibility is verified.
5.3 GOTSENT does not guarantee that VIP discounts will be stackable with promotional pricing at all times. Stackability is offered at GOTSENT’s discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
5.4 If VIP discounts do not apply due to eligibility issues, exclusions, technical limitations, or withdrawal of stackability, the promotional price alone will apply.
6. Stock availability, limits and cancellations
6.1 Promotional pricing is subject to stock availability and while stocks last.
6.2 GOTSENT may impose reasonable limits on purchases, including limits per customer, per household, per order, or per promotional period.
6.3 GOTSENT reserves the right to cancel orders where there is insufficient stock, suspected fraud, misuse of promotional mechanics, or breach of these terms or other website policies.
6.4 Where an order is cancelled by GOTSENT, any amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with the Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
7. Returns, refunds and exchanges
7.1 Returns, refunds, and exchanges during the Official Launch Promotion are governed by GOTSENT’s Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
7.2 Any refund provided will be based on the amount actually paid by the customer after all promotional pricing, discounts, and reductions have been applied.
7.3 Promotional pricing does not affect a customer’s statutory consumer guarantees.
8. Shipping and delivery
8.1 Shipping fees, delivery methods, and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.
8.2 Any free shipping offer applicable during the promotion is subject to separate Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions.
8.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond GOTSENT’s reasonable control.
9. Misuse and abuse
9.1 GOTSENT reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse, abuse, or circumvention of promotional pricing.
9.2 If misuse or abuse is identified, GOTSENT may cancel orders, withdraw promotional benefits, suspend customer access, or take other reasonable action.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOTSENT is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in the Official Launch Promotion.
11. Force majeure
11.1 GOTSENT is not responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption to the Official Launch Promotion, order processing, or delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, system outages, cyber incidents, labour disputes, or shortages.
11.3 Where a force majeure event occurs, GOTSENT may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion for the duration of the event.
12. Governing law
12.1 These Official Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12.2 The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.
